Julien Lovey, a geographer graduated from the University of Geneva (UNIGE), specializing in environmental sciences, has more than 13 years of experience in the field of transport engineering. He joined Citec in 2006 before taking over the management of the Group’s Neuchâtel and Jura agencies in 2012. An expert in mobility management, Julien Lovey has been involved in over 60 mobility plans for companies and administrations. He easily combines a social approach to mobility and mastery of the different planning scales of transport systems.
