Giorgia BortolasoHead of Citec Turin

Giorgia Bortolaso, a civil engineer who graduated from the Politecnico di Torino in transport infrastructure and systems, has more than 10 years of experience in the design and management of transport infrastructure and systems. She joined the Citec Turin office in 2017, where she specialised in developing mobility plans (SUMP, urban traffic plans, cycling plans, sector plans) and coordinates projects across the different fields of mobility. Since 2024, she has headed the Citec Turin office. A specialist in soft/active mobility, she led the Piedmont Regional Cycling Programme as well as several cycling plans for Italian cities. She is also technical lead and lecturer at the Fondazione ITS Mobilità for the “Mobilità e logistica” course, for which Citec delivers more than 300 teaching hours per year. In 2016, she received the AIIT thesis award on road safety.

Citec supports mobility for the Super Cup final
On August 12, Salzburg hosted the 2026 UEFA Super Cup final, a major European football showdown won by Paris Saint-Germain against Aston Villa. Citec supported the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) and UEFA teams on the mobility plan.
