LUCIANO Francisco FLU

Francisco Luciano, civil engineer and urban planner graduated from the University of Cordoba, the University of Stuttgart and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, is director of Citec Paris. Before joining Citec in 2018, he worked for several studios in France and Germany, as well as for the public transport operator Transdev. Made available to local communities, he managed two tramway projects on their behalf. Member of the think tank The Shift Project, in 2016-17 he led a working group on peri-urban mobility.
